Delete your account

You can delete your SiteFeed Teams account yourself, at any time, from the app.

In the app

1. Open SiteFeed Teams and go to More → Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Read what will happen to each company you belong to, type DELETE and confirm.
4. When the server confirms, the app erases its own copy on that phone and goes back to the sign-in screen.

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in and we will delete the account for you.

What happens

• You are signed out on every device, and your name and email address are erased.
• You leave every company you were in. Records you added to a company that still has other members stay with that company: they are the business's records.
• A company where you were the only member is deleted with all its records, photos and files.
• If that company has issued invoices, those are kept, because UK law expects a business to keep them for a number of years: the issued invoices and the payments recorded against them stay, with no one able to sign in to them, and everything else, including every photo and file, is deleted. They are deleted when that period ends, or sooner on a verified request to [email protected]. Save or share copies of your invoices first if you need them.
• If you are the only Admin of a company that has other members, the app asks you to make someone else an Admin first, so your team is not locked out of its own records.

Deleting your account can't be undone. If you just want to stop one person seeing your company, an Admin can remove them under More → Company instead.
